Many of our clients prefer hiring on a short-term or part-time basis instead of committing to a full-time employee. Temporary employees are available by the hour on a short or long-term basis. We handle fill-ins for employee illnesses, vacations, special projects, retirements and specialize in in long-term medical and maternity leaves. Each temporary comes with an 8-hour guarantee. Should our temporary employee not meet your expectations for any reason within the first 8 hours of service, your company will not be invoiced.
Temp-to-hire Services
Our temp-to-hire service allows your company the opportunity to try out our most qualified candidates before employing them on a full-time basis. Many of our clients prefer hiring on a short-term basis instead of committing up front to a full-time employee. Our “try before you buy” service has become more popular than ever. We offer a graduated conversion rate to reduce your recruiting costs.
Direct Hire Services
Enjoy risk-free placement by using one of our recruiters to help you fill an open full-time or part-time position. We work on a contingency basis only with no charge unless you hire one of our candidates. When you use our direct hire service, our recruiters will send you resumes of exceptional candidates matched to your company’s specific requirements and culture. We offer a one-year guarantee on each direct hire placement.
Payroll Services
We offer a competitive payroll service rate to our clients in the event they identify a candidate and are not in a position to add them to their payroll. This rate covers all payroll taxes, worker’s compensation and other necessary business insurance coverage. Palo Alto Staffing Services will provide the candidate with the necessary documentation to enroll them onto our payroll. The payrolled employee will be eligible for the same benefits as our temporary employees.
Testing Services We test all of our candidates on the latest versions of Microsoft Office, Outlook and a typing test to measure speed and accuracy.
